There is no registration fee to attend this event.
However, we ask you to register for your breakout session choices and submit your abstract by September 22 so that we

Poster submission for the 1st MILAGRO Science Meeting
Posters should be no larger than 4'x4'. The poster boards have cork surfaces and pushpins will be provided onsite.
Poster abstracts should be submitted online during the registration process. If you are unable to submit your
abstract through the registration site, or you have two posters to submit, you may email your abstract as a
Word document to whitmire@ucar.edu. Please note that an entire abstract is due no later than
October 11, but at least a title must be submitted by September 22 to secure a space for your poster.

Lodging
Please make your own reservation directly with the hotel by Friday,
September 22. After
that date, the hotel is not obligated to offer the group rate and will give it
only based on availability. Please book under the name MILAGRO.

Millennium Hotel is located in downtown Boulder and is near shops, restaurants,
and the Boulder Creek Path. The
Millennium has a van available to transport guests anywhere in a 5-mile radius
for a small fee. The van can be
reserved for groups up to 12.

Local airport
Denver International Airport
(DIA) is a 60-minute shuttle ride to the Boulder. DIA is a hub for most major carriers and is also served by
discount airlines Jet Blue, Frontier and Southwest.
Ground Transportation

for information). $20 one way $38 round trip from DIA to Boulder. Boulder Supershuttle has a
reservation desk at Denver International Airport found to your right as you
exit the escalator from the inter-terminal train. Travel time between airport and hotel is about 60 minutes.

hourly pick up from the Millennium.
