Oral presentations, poster titles and abstracts can be submitted as part of the registration process. We will not be able to accommodate all requests for oral presentations so those selected
will be notified by September 12. All posters will be accommodated.
Please submit your poster and/or talk title and abstract by Friday, August 29.
NOTE: Posters may be up to 4’ x 6’ in size, but we would prefer if possible that they be no more than 4’ horizontally so more can be displayed per board. You will be asked to indicate the size of your poster during the registration process.
You may also submit your talk and/or poster by emailing the title and abstract to Jill Reisdorf (reisdorf@ucar.edu).

RECEPTION AND POSTER SESSION There will be a Reception and Poster Session on Monday evening, 29 September, in the Chesapeake Room immediately following the general session. Appetizers and cash bar.
TRAVEL
All P.I. Meeting attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements, using budgeted funds from their existing grants or awards
We recommend flying into Reagan National Airport (DCA) and using the metro to get to the Hilton Silver Spring.
From Dulles you can take a taxi or shuttle service. BWI is a reasonable airport to fly into as well. Again, you can take a taxi or shuttle.
PARKING
The Hilton Washington D.C./Silver Spring offers valet parking at a rate of $12.00/day.
