LODGING
A block of rooms has been set-aside at the Millennium Harvest House Hotel in Boulder for Workshop participants. The
hotel is located at 1345 28th Street. Please note all reservations MUST be made through Tara Torres (tara@ucar.edu or 303-497-8694).
TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM AIRPORT
Boulder Super Shuttle is the most cost effective and convenient way to Boulder. Please see their website for further information:
RECEPTION
A hosted reception will be held at UCAR’s Mesa Lab located at 1850 Table Mesa Drive on the evening of 15 June 2008.
REGISTRATION
There will be a registration fee of $10.00 for the Workshop and can be paid via the Internet; please note that UCAR accepts Visa and MasterCard only.
- Please proceed to https://www.fin.ucar.edu/epayment/startEpayments.do
- Under "Payment Select", click on "Other Items" and then from the drop-down menu, choose "Studying Earth Surface Processes w/High-Resolution Topographic Data Workshop - Reg Fee", and then click on the "Next" button.
- On the following screen, enter the amount of $10 and fill in your billing information. When you are ready, click on the "Start Process" button.
- You will receive an e-mail confirming your payment.
If you prefer to pay by check, please make your check payable to "UCAR" and send it to Tara Torres, UCAR-JOSS, P.O. Box 3000, Boulder, CO 80307. I will mail receipts to those who request one, following the meeting.
