The registration fee for the Meeting is $36.00.

CONFIRMED PARTICIPANT LIST (UPDATED - 12/6/10)
Please Note: Your contact information previously provided to JOSS at the P.I. Meeting last year in Seattle
will be used for your registration and our conference purposes. This will include compilation of a
participant list, which will be printed as well as available online. This information is not to be
used by or shared with third parties for any other purpose whatsoever. If you elect not to be on
a participant list, please contact Brian Jackson.
MEETING VENUE (UPDATED - 10/19/10)
NEW! The OHHI National Advisory Panel Meeting will be held in the Ticonderoga Room, on the Ballroom Level. Lunch on Wednesday will be served in the Thornton Room, on the 11th Floor.
LODGING
Please note that a block of rooms is being held for our group at Hyatt Regency
Washington on Capitol Hill for the nights of 19-21 October 2010, at the special
meeting rate of $249.00 plus 14.5% tax ($285.11), single or double occupancy, for
those participants who would like to share a room.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and check-out time: 12:00 p.m.
Parking is available at $48.00/night.

The cut-off date for hotel reservations has passed. Please contact
Brian Jackson as soon as possible.
MEALS (UPDATED - 10/19/10)
Please note that lunch will be provided both days. A buffet lunch will be provided on
Wednesday, in the Thornton Room, on the 11th Floor.
On Thursday, the Advisory Panel will have a buffet working lunch in the
Ticonderoga Room and the CGT Participants will have boxed
lunches for their Legislative Day. Details to follow.
There will be a Reception with heavy hors d'oeuvres on Wednesday evening, 20 October, 6:30-8:30 p.m., following the general session. The Reception will be held in the Capitol Room B on the Lobby Level.
There will be a reception for the CGT Participants on Thursday evening, 21 October, at the Capital City Brewery, lcoated at 2 Massachusetts Avenue, to the left of Union Station.
Vegetarian options will be available for the lunches and the reception. If you have other special dietary needs, please contact Brian.
PAYMENT (REGISTRATION FEE)
There is a registration fee of $36.00 for all attendees.
It is now possible to register and pay via the Internet. Please note that UCAR accepts Visa and MasterCard only.
If you are being supported by UCAR, your registration fee will be handled directly by Brian.

PRESENTATIONS
An Apple OSX MacBook laptop will be used for all presentation projections. It can accommodate Mac- as
well as PC- prepared presentations.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS AND SUPPORT
Federal attendees (those who are paid directly by the U.S. Treasury) and those on federal travel orders are responsible for their own travel arrangements (see LODGING above).
UCAR-supported attendees - Travel arrangements for non-federal participants (i.e., not paid directly by the U.S. Treasury) and those not on federal travel orders will be handled through UCAR, by Brian Jackson.
All UCAR-supported Consortium Graduate Trainees and P.I.s are authorized to receive:
We would like to issue airline tickets as soon as possible in order to obtain the best airfares, and thus maximize the buying power of our limited federal funding. We will do our utmost to accommodate your airline preference. Please contact Brian as soon as possible regarding your travel plans, if you have not done so already. If you would like to group your requests by Consortium, that is fine, too.
